Our Ceramic Coating Service is Broken Into 3 Very Detailed Steps
Step 1: Detailing & Decontamination
Foam Wash & Detail
We begin by thoroughly washing & detailing every nook and cranny of the exterior of your vehicle.
Our primary goal here is to remove surface level contamination such as road film, bugs, brake dust, etc.
Clay & Ferrous Treatment
Next, we work to remove embedded contaminants from your clear coat that cannot be seen by the naked eye.
Such as rail dust, industrial fallout, bits of metal from brake pads and rotors, etc. We remove these contaminants because overtime they can cause your clear coat to oxidize, rust, and peel. In addition, your ceramic coating cannot bond properly with these contaminants in the paintwork.
This will ensure you clear coat is deep-cleaned, smooth as glass, and free of embedded contaminants.

Thorough Drying
Lastly, we will dry the entire vehicle and blow out any crevices with compressed air to ensure the vehicle is properly dry before beginning any paint correction work.
Step 2: Paint Correction
Paint Correction
Now that the vehicle has been properly detailed and decontaminated, we can begin perfecting the paintwork.
This is done with various methods of machine polishing to remove any defects that may be in the clear coat. The ultimate objective here is to make the paintwork look better than factory conditions. (99% of vehicles come straight from the factory with defects in the clear coat.

Step 3: Coating Application
Applying the Ceramic Coating
Depending on the durability-grade of coating you are receiving, the application process will vary a bit. However, the fundamentals remain the same.
After your desired level of paint correction has been completed, we will begin applying the ceramic coating panel by panel. (roughly two feet at a time)
While applying we will allow the coating to "flash" onto the panel and then level it by hand ensuring a smooth, even coating.
Once applied we will allow the coating to cure in our shop prior to your pick up of the vehicle.
